Don’t Destroy Your Week By Focusing On One Problem.

Problems arise in business everyday.  Whether it’s financial, a problem with a client, a team member, or a logistical issue, it can be difficult to focus on your work before it has been taken care of.

It’s important however, to ensure that you don’t become so engrossed in managing the problem, that we forget the daily tasks that are required to run your business.

Treat the problem like another task (if it’s possible, obviously, there are exceptions), and take care of it in an efficient manner as you would any other task.

That way, you won’t lose sight of the overall goal of the day/week, and possibly cause more problems!
