Gordon Peters, CPA, CGA, LPA
Gordon has been involved in public accounting practices for over 25 years, many of which were with a large national accounting firm. Preferred areas of practice include accounting, taxation, business advisory services and computer systems consulting.
The practice serves owner managed business enterprises including those in the construction, manufacturing, retail, professional, service, farming and not for profit sectors. Existing clients cover the GTA, Durham Region and more specifically Ajax, Pickering, Whitby and Oshawa area.
Gordon recently completed the examination process and has now been authorized by CPA Ontario to practice as a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA).
Gordon is currently the Managing Partner of TurnerMoore.
Volunteer Work:
Volunteer activities involving the accounting profession include serving on the Board of Directors for the CGA Ontario Durham Chapter, completing his experience as Chapter Chair. He has also served on a CGA Ontario committee for a few years. In the local community Gordon has been involved with one of the largest local minor hockey associations in the province as President 2003 to 2006, and is now involved as an OMHA convenor chairing the Lakeshore Hockey League.
