THE ROLE:
Select product accurately in all climates (dry, coolers, freezers);
Assembles and selects cases from pick slots for store orders daily in an accurate, efficient, productive manner and assembles order onto plastic or wood pallets.
Performs visual and operational vehicle safety inspections and reports any unsafe vehicles to shift supervisor or maintenance personnel.
Responsible for ensuring that all cases and pallets are properly identified with the correct store number
Secures selected cases and conducts final pallet preparations by wrapping selected load and applying shipping labels.
Skill in operating warehouse equipment: i.e.; Pallet Jack (double and triple), Hi-lift, RC
Complies with Section 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Must demonstrate an adherence to all HACCP and Food Handling practices;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High school diploma, or be working towards one;
Strong communication skills (verbal and written);
Positive attitude, team player with track record in customer service excellence
Ability to lift up to 60lbs repetitively
Must have a flexible schedule: Monday through Sunday with the possibility of working statutory holidays.

Account Manager

Uline is looking for ambitious, customer-focused Account Managers to join our team.

In this role, you will have hands-on, day-to-day interaction with customers. Utilizing our catalog with over 34,000 products, you will act as a consultant, helping your customers find new ways to grow their business through a partnership with Uline. You will be expected to grow sales within a territory that includes a wide array of clients such as manufacturing, retail, production, health care, business and more. Because of our positive reputation for quality service, customers look forward to seeing our Account Managers and actively seek product advice to improve their business operations.

You will be expected to have good sales acumen and the ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and hardworking while continuously developing their skills and knowledge.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively manage and grow accounts in a unique territory. This will include a large, pre-existing customer base.
Use our 760+ page catalog with over 34,000 items to sell product solutions to large and small companies.
Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.
Understand each customer’s needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years sales experience.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment.
Detail oriented and hardworking
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
